Xianfu Han, Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

  • 25+ years of management experience in the building materials industry
  • 20 Year Tenure as Plant Manager and General Manager for Beijing Municipal Construction Company
  • Former Vice Chairman of the Beijing Concrete Association
  • Contributed to the draft of the "Local Standard of Mineral Admixtures" regulations; responsible for the "Research and Application of Green High Performance Concrete" published by the Ministry of Construction

Yanwei He, Interim Chief Financial Officer

  • 15+ years of financial management experience
  • Certified Internal Auditor and Chinese Certified Tax Agent
  • Most recently served as Controller of Beijing Xinao Concrete Co., Ltd.
  • Previously served in senior finance positions at Guangdong FAB Group Co., Beijing Aceway Telecom Technology Co., and Jiangsu Hongtu High Technology Co. Ltd.

Weili He, Founder, Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer & Director

  • Current Vice Chairman of the Beijing Concrete Association
  • Former Assistant General Manager of Beijing Construction Group; extensive construction experience in China and Japan

Tao Jin, Independent Director

Tao Jin
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Mr. Jin is currently a Senior Partner with the Beijing law firm of Jincheng TongDa & Neal, where he specializes in M&A, foreign investments in China and capital market transactions. Mr. Jin started his legal career in 1996 at the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton where he represented numerous investment banks and corporations in a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • He joined Sullivan & Cromwell's Hong Kong office in 1999 where he continued to focus on M&A transactions for major multinational corporations, investment banks, PRC corporations and private equity funds. Mr. Jin joined JP Morgan's legal department in 2002 as head legal counsel for M&A and capital market transactions in China. Immediately prior to joining Jincheng TongDa, Mr. Jin was a partner with Jun He Law Offices from 2005 through 2010. He received his B.S. from Beijing University and his J.D. from Columbia University in New York. Mr. Jin was admitted to both the New York and American Bar Associations.

Sufang Han, Advisory Board Member - Innovation and Testing

  • Extensive field research, experimental studies, and published collaborations on "green" construction technologies new inorganic structure reinforcement glue, utilization of fly ash, cement paste and concrete temperature-stress experimental apparatus
  • Doctorate Degree in Building Materials from the School of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University

Laijun Lu, Advisory Board Director

  • Director and Editor of Ready-Mixed Concrete; was a Visiting Professor at Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology
  • Notable Projects: Capital International Airport, China Millennium Monument, National Grand Theater; National Swimming Center
  • Co-authored 5 books, 16 published papers, and 3 Beijing regional specifications for mineral additions in concrete
  • Two patents inventions, numerous awards given by prestigious and respected organizations within the concrete industry
  • Won the Enterprise Contribution Award twice and named "Excellent Science and Technology Leader" by the Beijing government.
  • Holds committee positions with several standards setting organizations and industry groups including: China Cement and Building Material Products Labeling Center, China Association of building Engineering Standardization, China Civil Engineering Society, China Civil Engineering Society, Beijing Concrete Association, Beijing Concrete Addition Association

Junyu Wu, Advisory Board Member - Recycling Initiatives
