Ivan Webb
Ivan Webb is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur, with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry internationally and in the United States. He is experienced with acquiring concessions and leases, drilling new wells and reworking existing wells, well completion, oil and gas production management, working with service companies and regulatory compliance. Internationally he has successfully leased more than 18,000,000 acres. Domestically he has been involved with the acquisition and or management of more than 250 wells in Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. Webb has also over 30 years of experience in managing or assisting public companies in both the US and Canada with regulatory compliance.
Noel Schaefer
Mr. Schaefer has served in a variety of executive and director positions in his 30 plus year career with both domestic and international companies. His emphasis has been with startups by setting up market profiles, developing strategic market placement and refining corporate objectives. Mr. Schaefer has successfully helped to raise funds from both the public and private sectors. He has worked extensively in Far East and Latin America with a particular focus on Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance.
Victor Miranda
Mr. Miranda is a CEO of an insurance broker firm, passionate about ventures developing USA/MEXICO cross border opportunities. He has 15 years of hands on experience in the sales management for the financial sector, with particular focus on developing a savers culture through employee benefits, and 7 years developing successful real estate development projects in Quintana Roo.
ANIL KUMAR, Ph.D, PE
Dr. Kumar is a pioneer of pressure derivative technology, which has become a significant technology platform in transient well testing. He served as chairman and associate professor of petroleum engineering at the New Mexico Institute of Mining Technology and helped found the institute’s Petroleum Recovery Research Center. Kumar has worked in senior positions at Gulf Oil, Chevron, Mobil, Devon Energy of Indonesia, and Petro China International Jakarta. As a senior vice president at Reliance Industries, he built a 60-member subsurface team for India’s first deep-water development in KG Basin Block-D6. He has published numerous papers, supervised theses, and coauthored several books, including Gas Well Test Analysis Under Water Drive Conditions & Areal Pattern Distribution of Remaining Oil Saturation in a Mature West Texas Waterflood.

1983, 85:Company President’s Bonus Award for implementing quality improvement programs resulting in significant reduction in operating costs in West Texas EOR projects.

1995-98:SPE Distinguished Lecturer, presented 40 talks through the Middle-East, India, and Europe.
1997: SPE 1997 Reservoir Engineering Award.
2001: SPE 2001 Distinguished Member.
2001: Awarded Kapitsa Medal of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences for outstanding contributions to Petroleum Science and elected as a foreign member, US Section.
2004: Elected to the Board of Directors of SPE International.
2005: Engineer of the Year Award, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Dallas.
