Fred Zolla, CEO and Chairman

 

Mr. Zolla is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of iMedicor, formerly Vemics, Inc., a position he has held since the inception of Vemics-Delaware in July 2001.  In June of 2009, the Vemics Board of Directors voted to change its corporate name to iMedicor.

Before founding Vemics-Delaware, Mr. Zolla served as the Chief Operating Officer of Educational Video Conferencing, Inc., a publicly traded company in the technology and distance learning fields from April 1999 to June 2001.

From January 1990 to February 1999, Mr. Zolla was the President of Distance Learning Associates, the first content aggregator in the K-12 and corporate distributed learning space in the U.S. In 1996, he served on the White House Committee for technology in education that was chaired by then vice-president Al Gore.

Mr. Zolla has taught and lectured in England, France, Italy, Spain, and Korea and throughout the U.S. on the integration of distance learning resources and technology in the classroom and workplace. He served as Chairman of the Board of the New York Film Festival’s non-broadcast division from 1992 through 1995 and remains an active board member.

Mr. Zolla has been married to Michelle, the original co-founder of Vemics, since 1969. They have two daughters and four grandchildren all of whom live in Rockland County, New York.

Henry Denis, President

 

Mr. Henry Denis, President, leads iMedicor’s software development, Meaningful Use consulting program and overall IT and sales efforts. Prior to joining iMedicor, Mr. Denis served as chief executive officer at HITS Consulting Group, where he led that company's implementation of EHR systems at over 300 healthcare facilities and organizations in the State of New Jersey. Prior to joining HITS CG, Mr. Denis served in executive-level IT positions at Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, a $600 million legal services firm; Knight Capital Group, a $1 billion financial services organization; and Lava Trading, a $100 million financial services company.

Robert Millar, CIO and Senior Vice President Business Development

 

Robert Millar rejoined iMedicor as Senior Vice President of Sales in July 2010 and has over twenty years successful senior management sales and marketing experience with start-up, early stage, and fortune-size companies in the application software, Internet services, collaboration technology, financial, EDI, healthcare, and computer industries. His experience includes creating and implementing domestic and global marketing strategies for several companies that achieved the market share leadership position.

Mr. Millar was a Director for Vemics Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and served in a combination of roles for both Vemics and iMedicor as Senior Vice President of Sales and Board Advisor since 2005. He has helped several companies to raise capital and is currently a Director for EmphyCorp, Inc. and has been a Board Advisor for North Cell Pharmaceutical, VectraCor, Inc., X-Factor Communications, and RoadMap4Life, where he helped them launch new drugs, medical devices, and online SaaS Model services. Key senior management positions held in the past include: SmartStream Technologies, Zoologic, Inc., CSI Complex Systems, ATS Money Systems, Sharp Electronics, General Electric Information Services, and NCR Corporation.

Mr. Millar holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers College and an MBA in Management from Rider College.

Joshua Brimdyr, Chief Operating Officer

 

Mr. Joshua Brimdyr, Chief Operating Officer, directs iMedicor’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for oversight of software development and internal systems for iMedicor's Social HIE Version 3.0. An IT specialist with 23 years healthcare industry experience, Mr. Brimdyr had been the founder, president and chief technical officer of ClariDIS, a Massachusetts-based data mining and data aggregation business, since 2004. Prior to founding ClariDIS, Mr. Brimdyr served as president of Workplace Consulting Group, Inc., a provider of technical support services to medical and dental practices implementing EHR systems.

Kevin Giles, Chief Technical Officer

 

Mr. Kevin Giles, Chief Technical Officer, is responsible for iMedicor’s software development. Before joining the company, Mr. Giles was the CTO at iPenMD, a digital pen system, acquired by iMedicor, that converts a doctor's handwritten patient notes into digital text and places it into the patient's electronic health record file.

Stacey Trottier, Vice President Sales

 

Ms. Stacey Trottier, Vice President Sales, leads the marketing of iMedicor’s iPenMD system to dental and medical professionals and healthcare facilities. Ms. Trottier was formerly VP Sales at iPenMD.
