• Subscription sales for iMedicor SocialHIE. Participation in the network is free to licensed physicians, dentists and other healthcare professionals for basic services such as secure point-to-point messaging within the portal, as well as access to the most extensive peer-reviewed CME catalog on the Internet. An upgraded subscription of $35.00/month per provider expands on those basic services to include secure point-to-multipoint communications, thereby facilitating the ability to create a practice, build a community of peers and referrals, and join or create collaborative workgroups or blogs. Communities can be extended to specialists, general practitioners, hospital departments, imaging centers, labs, insurance companies, clearinghouses or any healthcare facility or individual. A second upgrade for an additional $35.00/month per provider ($70.00 total) provides a NHIN Direct secure email account, with unlimited use, to enable secure communication outside of the network and between any EHR system, Practice Management System or Hospital Information System, regardless of the format used by the individual end point.
  • Private labeling of iMedicor SocialHIE with healthcare management groups.
  • Contracted services associated with iMedicor SocialHIE. With its strategic partners, iMedicor offers specific programs that can be customized for a medical practice, hospital, IPA, PPO, MCO or any other healthcare provider to suit the needs of its users. iMedicor SocialHIE members can benefit from iMedicor’s competitively priced programs and services such as:

    1. EHR system adoption. Robust EHR applications that include practice management components will cost $399-$450 per month and offer physicians a turnkey solution intuitive in design and minimally invasive to the day-to-day clinical workflow at the practice level. iMedicor offers several EHR systems fully certified by ONCHIT and current with Meaningful Use regulations. iMedicor’s revenue share with EHR vendor partners ranges from 27% to 62%.
    2. iMedicor’s iPenMD solution (acquired January 2013) is a web-based service that converts a provider’s handwritten patient encounter notes to digital text and places it into the correct field in the patient’s EHR file. This solution can connect to any EHR and is designed to help providers/medical practices recover any lost productivity experienced during the transition from paper to digital records. The iPenMD technology allows providers and their staff to GO BACK to writing encounter notes, in order to leap FORWARD TO THE FUTURE of electronic health records.
    3. Hospital Information Systems (HIS). iMedicor SocialHIE can customize information communication systems for any size hospital. This service resolves the issue of doctors sending patients to the hospital or hospital-owned specialist practices that are not inside the same EHR/HIE/HIS system. iMedicor’s revenue share varies with each project and ranges from 15% to 40%.
    4. Agency Wide Accounting Client System (AWACS) and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Designed as a wellness outreach program through the existing Medicaid or private insurance system, AWACS and PCMH provide a free wellness exam for the patient. Many doctors do not take advantage of this opportunity because of the large amount of reporting and filings that must be made. iMedicor SocialHIE makes it easy for any qualified physician to adopt AWACS and PCMH, which includes a computer-based program that creates all the required reports directly from office visit charts, records, image files and lab reports. This system streamlines the process for the physician, resulting in better preventative healthcare for the patient, additional revenue for the medical practice, less expense overtime for Medicaid, and an additional revenue stream for iMedicor.
    5. Integration Services. iMedicor SocialHIE can facilitate the accelerated installation of any client’s EHR/HIS/HIE system. Systems integrators used by iMedicor include consulting on network or equipment upgrades or reconfigurations, maximizing IT infrastructure within the medical practice, and providing security, training and implementation strategies.
  • Consulting fees and success fees generated by Meaningful Use Consulting Services. A contracted agent with the New Jersey HITEC (NJ-HITEC) since December 2010, iMedicor became a leading HITEC consultant and assisted hundreds of primary care doctors in Northern New Jersey with selecting the appropriate EHR, and then helped them achieve Meaningful Use compliance, which allows for the release of federal reimbursement funds (up to $63,750/Medicaid and $39,000/Medicare over six years). As a result of the company’s success with NJ-HITEC, iMedicor has established relationships with large healthcare networks such as Galaxy Health Network and Careington International, thus facilitating the company’s ability to greatly expand this service to doctors and dentists nationwide. For each client provider it services, iMedicor receives an initial consulting fee and a percentage of the reimbursement funds as they are received by the providers.
  • Fees from ClearLobby, iMedicor’s online marketing platform. As iMedicor SocialHIE begins to reach critical mass - projected for late 2013/early 2014 – the company will offer access to its rapidly expanding user network in a non-intrusive, click-through, opt-in manner. Primary customers for this service will be pharmas, medical device and supply companies, insurance companies and other healthcare providers who want access to a targeted, deeply profiled healthcare provider base. ClearLobby changes the dynamic of the relationship between physicians and pharmas (and other suppliers/vendors) by placing control in the hands of the physician and increasing the quality of the encounter far beyond the potential of a direct sales force, whose numbers are declining industrywide.
