Janice became the Vice President of Sales on September 1, 2021. Janice is a collaborative, committed and inspirational change agent with 25+ years of successfully securing strategic customer partnerships and delivering profitable growth. Her breadth of sales, customer marketing and operational leadership experience spans both Digital and Brick and Mortar with a propensity to build top performing and highly collaborative teams.

Janice’s career encompasses top CPGs inclusive of the Coca-Cola Company, Colgate-Palmolive and Revlon where she held increasing levels of responsibility and established core operating disciplines to improve efficiencies and fuel EBIDTA growth. She joins us most recently from Revlon Consumer Products where she led the successful Digital transformation of their Beauty business.

Janice McCarthy graduated from Rutgers University with a Master of Business Administration and completed her Bachelor of Arts at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. She is a tried-and-true Boilermaker and a big fan of sports, particularly College basketball and the New England Patriots. She is based in Northern NJ where she lives with her husband and 3 children.
