Ron Dutt, CEO, Interim CFO

Ron Dutt has led the financial performance of small, medium, and large public and private companies.  His previous positions include CFO and EVP of SOLA International, Directed Electronics, and Fritz Companies.  He was also CFO at DHL Americas and Aptera and COO of Famgro LLC.  He is currently a board member of Rising International, a non-profit, and a board advisor for Tyga-Box Systems.

Paulus Geantil, Director of Engineering

Paulus Geantil was a senior engineer at Quantum Design, Energy Science Labs, and Aptera.  He is an expert in embedded systems, electrical design, robotics, and system integration, and has several patents across various technologies. He is also experienced in mechanical design and production testing.  As Director of Engineering, Paulus Geantil has led the development of FLUX Power’s revolutionary proprietary technology.

Jon Berry, Director of Operations

Jon Berry was previously Director of Operations at Clean Air Power, an international manufacturer, distributor and vehicle converter specializing in the development of natural gas systems for trucks and heavy equipment. He also held management and engineering positions at Alstom Transport, PACCAR UK and Pilkington Aerospace.

Tod Kilgore, Director of Sales

Tod Kilgore has had extensive experience as a sales executive in contract manufacturing.  He was the senior director for the southwest region at Sanmina Corp.  In addition he was president of Accurate Solutions (12 years) executing international contract sales of 12 million a year.  He also held sales management positions at Marshall Industries and Amistar.
